We spoil you with fresh culinary masterpieces made from local and seasonal ingredients, inspired by the gastronomic heritage of central Slovenia. Experience authentic flavours while watching masterful food preparation in our trendy open kitchen, where BIC Ljubljana Hospitality and Tourism students are receiving practical training.

Culinary treats
Every working day from 17:00, we treat you to a special seasonal offer of tempting dishes made with fresh local ingredients from reliable suppliers: the Zupan fish farm (lake trout and mountain trout), the Pustotnik farm (cheese and dairy products), the Orešnik cheese farm (goat and sheep cheese), the Dovč farm (seasonal vegetables and fruit), the Šebenik farm (microgreens) and the Lisjak farm (extra virgin olive oil). Our culinary offer is complemented by more than 100 labels of Slovenian and foreign wines. If you book in advance, we can offer you a real gastronomic experience!

Café
The KULT316 Café is known for its original offer of drinks, beverages and sweets, which are created in the educational processes of the Biotechnical Educational Centre Ljubljana. We present an extensive wine list that will take you through all the wine-growing regions of Slovenia. Our guests are served in a classic café style by Hospitality and Tourism students from BIC Ljubljana, Vocational College, who receive practical training in hospitality at the KULT316 Café.
