Welcome to the website of KULT316 (hereinafter: “the Website”), which is managed by the Biotechnical Educational Centre Ljubljana, Ižanska cesta 10 (hereinafter: “the Operator”). The website provides information about the school’s restaurant and café, microbrewery, wine cellar, travel agency, rental of premises, recipes, courses, events and the possibility to subscribe to the newsletter.

By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website.

School restaurant and café

Tourist agency

• The Website may contain information about excursions, trips and experiences organised by the Operator.
• Making a reservation for a trip or event via the Website does not mean that the reservation is confirmed – confirmation will be sent by e-mail or telephone.

Rental of premises

• The Website provides basic information on how to rent the premises.

• The Operator accepts no responsibility for any errors in recipes or unsuccessful culinary attempts by users.

Courses and events

• The Website allows you to sign up for a variety of courses and events.
• Registering for an event only becomes binding once this is confirmed by the Organiser.

General term and conditions for wine cellar and microbrewery tastings

Age restriction

Tastings of alcoholic beverages are only available to persons of legal age (18 years or older). By booking a tasting, the client agrees to participate in the tasting in a responsible manner without excessive alcohol consumption. The organiser reserves the right to stop the tasting in the event of inappropriate behaviour or excessive alcohol consumption.

Allergies and health restrictions

In the case of alcohol tastings, clients are advised to inform the organiser in advance of any allergies or medical restrictions that may affect the consumption of certain beverages. The organiser will do their best to adapt the offer.

Cancellation and reversal of a booking

If you wish to cancel your tasting reservation, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is possible but subject to availability. A fee may apply.

Liability for excessive alcohol consumption

The customer is responsible for the consequences of excessive alcohol consumption. The organiser accepts no liability for injuries or other negative effects resulting from irresponsible alcohol consumption.

Safety during tastings

All tastings are of the highest safety standard. Customers are required to follow the safety instructions given by the tasting organiser. The organiser accepts no liability for accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions.

Liability insurance

The organiser of the tasting is insured against accidents, but cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by irresponsible behaviour on the part of customers or failure to comply with safety rules.

Price and services included

The price of the tasting is inclusive of the tasting, service and the guide. Additional costs (e.g. for special tastings) will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Excessive drinking warning

The organiser reserves the right to stop the tasting if the customer shows signs of excessive alcohol consumption, including intoxication. If the client endangers his/her own safety or the safety of others, the tasting may be terminated.

Newsletter subscription

• Users may voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter by providing their email address, first name and surname..
• The Operator will only use personal data for the purpose of providing information in accordance with the Privacy policy.
• Users can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

• The content of this Website is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• Logos, images and graphic elements are the property of the Operator or its partners.
