Who are we?
The Culinary and Tourism Centre KULT316 is a unique and representative example of modern educational practices in hospitality, tourism, food technology and nutrition. The premises of the Biotechnical Educational Centre Ljubljana enable students to gain practical experience in real-life learning environment, as the centre is open to the public. The Culinary and Tourism Centre KULT316 boasts a restaurant and a café, a school travel agency, a conference hall and a meeting room, a microbrewery, a wine cellar and a demonstration and teaching kitchen.

Conference hall for your events
The conference hall is ideal for conferences, seminars, business events and social gatherings. With a capacity of 55 to 100 people and various settings, it is suitable for all types of events. We can prepare lunch in our restaurant or a coffee break with snacks for your guests upon request. BIC Ljubljana students are involved in the organisation, which enables them to receive training in congress activities and tourist animation.
