Highlights

KULT316 house beer
The KULT316 house beer is produced as part of the educational process at BIC Ljubljana. It is a type of pale ale, one of the most popular craft beers. The combination of three hop varieties gives it a distinct floral-citrus hop aroma, reminiscent of grapefruit, with a pleasant, refreshing bitterness. The symbol of KULT316 is St. Julian (sv. Vid), the patron saint of innkeepers, brewers and winegrowers, after whom Šentvid pri Ljubljani, where the beer is brewed, is named. Our guests can taste it in the KULT316 Café and Restaurant and in the Primula teashop.
