About our wine cellar
The KULT316 wine cellar offers world-famous wines and selected Slovenian wines from all wine-growing regions in an elegant, antique setting. It is ideal for wine tastings and receptions, which are also organised by the students of Biotechnical Educational Centre Ljubljana. A special feature of the cellar is the KULT316 house wine – Sauvignon and Pinot Gris, the result of the student project ‘From Vine to Wine’. The history of the wine cellar is also linked to the history of Siddharta, a famous Slovenian rock band, as it was here that they started their musical career.

House wine
Our house wine KULT316 – Sauvignon and Pinot Gris – is the result of a noble student project called ‘From Vine to Wine’. The students of the Hospitality and Tourism vocational college programme at BIC Ljubljana, in cooperation with P&F Jeruzalem Ormož, took part in the entire wine making process, from the cutting of the vines, which the company donated to the students for their studies, to the bottle we serve you at KULT316.
