Fresh and quickly prepared herbal spread from local herbs: lovage, chives, parsley and mint.

Wash the herbs and dry them well. Remove the leaves of parsley, mint and lavage from the herb twigs and chop them. Chop also the chives into smaller pieces. Mash the cottage cheese and add cheese spread and young cheese to it. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and olive oil. Add fresh herbs and mix well.
