Fresh and quickly prepared herbal spread from local ingredients: tarragon, honey and cottage cheese.

Mix the smooth quark with chopped tarragon. Add honey and cinnamon to the mixture. Mix well.

Tarragon is a herb used in culinary for making tarragon potica, dumplings, vinegar, salads, sauces, spreads… Only in Slovenia the chefs are using it for desserts, elsewhere is used to prepare meat dishes. That is why Slovenian tarragon potica is so unique.
